Qualifications

• 7–10 years of government contracting experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and commercial contracting.
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
• US person required to work on-site in Orlando.

Responsibilities

• Support the full contract life cycle, contract files, and documentation.
• Review and negotiate modifications; monitor data deliverables.
• Develop contract requirements flow-down matrix and compliance checks.
• Engage in RFQ/RFP submittals to Government and DoD prime contractors.
• Administer contract awards; negotiate terms; manage contract databases.
• Collaborate with Program teams for risk mitigation and compliance.
