Job summary

F3EA Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager in Savannah, GA to own the complete lifecycle of Government contracts and related agreements. The role partners with leadership across finance, program management, and business development to ensure compliant, profitable contract performance.

The role requires extensive DoD contracting experience, strong negotiation skills, and expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS. This onsite/hybrid position supports growth in the federal marketplace.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible Government contracts experience.
• 5+ years administering Department of Defense contracts.
• Experience independently managing the complete Government contract lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS, government contract administration, and related clauses.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management of prime contracts, task orders, subcontracts, and related agreements.
• Review, negotiate, administer, and close Government contracts protecting the Company's interests.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Business Development through capture and proposal efforts.
• Provide guidance on pricing, terms, and flow-down obligations across contracts.
