Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Government FARS and DFARS.
• Prepares and negotiates contracts/subcontracts; reviews provisions and monitors compliance.
• Formulates and coordinates procurement of bids and proposals.
• Leads negotiations, terminations, and re-negotiations of contracts.
• Liaises with management to ensure contract fulfillment obligations.
• May conduct site and monitoring visits.
• May assist department in audit responses and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and analyze contracts with Government agencies, other contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare contract provisions and performance requirements; ensure compliance.
• Maintain NDAs, teaming agreements, and similar arrangements.
• Support business development outreach to potential clients and opportunities.
