Job summary

Leidos, Inc. in Reston, VA, is seeking a Contracts Manager to support our National Security Sector. The role oversees a diverse contract portfolio and requires cradle-to-grave support for various contract types.

The successful candidate will work independently and with teams, develop customer relationships, and communicate across levels; Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Pay range and benefits are provided; located in Reston, Virginia.

Qualifications

• BA degree plus 8+ years in contract administration; masters with 6+ years acceptable.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR government contracts (FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, LOE, IDIQ, GSA).
• Strong communication, multitasking, independent work and teaming ability; Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for CPFF, CPFF-LOE, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance in accordance with contract requirements and laws.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks and coordinate reviews.
• Negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs, licenses as needed.
• Partner with program management to establish cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Maintain change management processes for programs.
