Amentum in the United States is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of contract administration for complex government and commercial programs. You will negotiate terms, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and support proposal development to drive timely, compliant contract execution.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal regulations, cost analysis, and risk mitigation, with collaboration across program and finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and NDAs.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS and 2 CFR 200 compliance for federal work.
• Conduct contract price analysis.
• Negotiate terms with partners and vendors.
• Support proposal efforts, including risk assessment.
• Maintain records in contract management systems and support audits.
• Collaborate with program managers and finance teams on contract strategy.
