Job summary

- S. degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for government contracts (cost reimbursable, time & materials, etc.).
- Issue invoices per contract terms and FAR compliance.
- Ensure proper coding of GL/department/project billable codes (NetSuite).
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and audits.
