Under general supervision, you will handle complex customer invoicing, verify documents, maintain reconciliations, and support monthly AR aging analyses. The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to work with internal and external partners while ensuring CAS/FAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related discipline, plus 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of computers and spreadsheets; ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with government contracting; CAS and FAR understanding; MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and perform complex government billing in AR.
• Prepare inception-to-date contract cost analyses and progress payments.
• Ensure invoice compliance with contract terms and CAS/FAR rules.
• Produce and present complex AR reports and aging analyses.
• Coordinate research and analysis of financial data; meet deadlines.
• Submit invoices to US federal agencies.
