Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking an Accounting Manager in Bellevue, WA to demonstrate GAAP knowledge and ERP proficiency (Oracle Fusion Cloud or Tier 1 ERP). You will lead AP, resolve payment issues, and drive process improvements across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Five+ years progressive accounting experience with AP ownership.
• Experience with ERP invoice workflows, approvals, three-way matching and AP reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable cycle as process owner.
• Identify root causes of payment issues and implement sustainable changes.
• Establish ownership, action plans and follow up for AP exceptions.
• Collaborate across finance and business operations to resolve issues.
• Escalate material or time-sensitive issues with recommended solutions.
• Perform daily accounting tasks and period-end close with GL reconciliations.
• Support complex accounting matters and business transactions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure day-to-day accounting aligns with corporate policies.
• Assist internal and external audits and respond to inquiries.
