CDW is seeking a Government Cloud Managed Services Lead to architect and deliver cross-cloud infrastructure for Federal, DoD, and public sector customers in the United States. You will own reference architectures, IaC pipelines, and security controls (FedRAMP/NIST/CMMC) while guiding pre-sales and onboarding efforts across Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and Google Cloud.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 10+ years IT engineering experience in cloud/infrastructure.
• Minimum 8+ years in cloud/hybrid infrastructure, automation, and security domains.
• 3+ years leading large cross-brand Managed Services projects.
• Experience designing cloud environments aligned with Gov security frameworks.
• Advanced experience with Terraform, scripting, configuration management, CI/CD.
• Ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes and roadmaps.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving; lead escalations.
• Excellent communication and executive-level interaction.
• Experience with ITAR/CUI workloads; citizenship may be required.
• Public sector cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Two+ professional cloud certifications and published thought leadership a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for Government Cloud Managed Services across Azure Gov, AWS GovCloud, and Google Cloud.
• Define architectures, secure landing zones, and operational patterns for regulated environments.
• Lead IaC (Terraform), automation, and CI/CD pipelines for onboarding and operations across clouds.
• Translate FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, CMMC, DISA STIGs, CIS Benchmarks into controls and procedures.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements: discovery, design, effort estimation, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead customer design workshops and readiness reviews for onboarding.
• Oversee complex migrations, upgrades, and modernization with handoff to operations.
• Participate in on-call rotation; drive RCA and preventative actions.
• Follow ITSM processes in ServiceNow and improve incident/change processes.
• Drive resiliency, capacity, performance, DR, and cost optimization.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with government customers and CDW leadership.
• Mentor senior engineers and develop reusable templates and training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Security, Legal, and cloud provider partners to grow offerings.
• Research emerging government cloud tech and regulatory changes; present recommendations.
