Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Engineering, or related field is strongly desired.
• 5+ years in business development or capture roles for defense-related programs.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture activities, including qualification, pursuit strategy, competitive positioning, teaming, and proposal readiness.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Shape opportunities, pursue follow-on work, and coordinate with primes and partners.
• Drive pipeline growth through market analysis, customer engagement, and competitive assessments.
• Translate customer requirements into executable technical and operational solutions for winning proposals.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to optimize win probability and price realism.
