Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst 2 to support the BD team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic growth initiatives. You will act as a liaison among BD, technical teams, finance, contracts, procurement, and external partners to position Kratos for successful pursuit of new opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing BD projects, opportunity tracking, capture support, proposal development, and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, project management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant experience supporting BD, capture management, proposal development, program management, project coordination, or related activities within a technical, government contracting, engineering, or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting proposals, customer-facing materials, opportunity pipelines, capture activities, or cross-functional project teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned BD projects, pursuits, and strategic initiatives with schedules, milestones, and status reports.
• Support opportunity identification, qualification, and tracking activities; maintain pipeline, capture, and proposal data.
• Coordinate pursuit inputs to align with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with development and execution of capture plans, proposal plans, win themes, and engagement plans.
• Track BD expenses and assist forecasting and reporting.
• Support teaming agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, and other pre-award documentation coordination.
