Rea, a growing Top 100 business advisory and accounting firm, is seeking a Supervisor – Government in Medina, OH. This role oversees the preparation of government financial statements, applying internal controls, and guiding a team of preparers to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in public accounting, CPA or international equivalent, and strong knowledge of GAAP/GAAS/GAGAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent is required.
• MBA/master's in accounting is optional.
• Four or more years of public accounting experience required.
• Licensed CPA or international equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and review the audit process and related procedures for engagements.
• Supervise the Accounting Specialist team and review work.
• Maintain client relationships and expectations per project needs.
• Provide guidance and communicate matters to Audit Committee/Board.
