Job summary

Rea, a growing top 100 advisory and accounting firm in Dublin, OH, seeks a Supervisor - Government to lead government engagements. You will oversee preparation of financial statements, apply GAAP/GAAS/UG standards, supervise preparers, and mentor staff.

Strong emphasis on internal controls, research, and client communication is required. The role demands substantial experience in public accounting, supervision, and ability to manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent required.
• Four (4) or more years prior work experience in public accounting required.
• Prior significant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the audit process and procedures to be performed.
• Monitor engagement process and time vs. budget with senior support.
• Manage client relationships and expectations according to project scope.
• Provide timely advisory to clients and ensure engagement profitability.
