Job summary

TechnoMile is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Contracts Suite roadmap, guiding features from pre-award to closeout. You’ll translate FAR/DFARS-driven requirements into prioritized product capabilities, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

We value domain expertise and technical execution, with a culture of learning and experimentation. This role supports hybrid work from the DC metro area, reporting to the Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in software, GovCon or federal contracting.
• Experience translating FAR/DFARS into product requirements.
• Ability to define success metrics and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Contracts Suite roadmap aligned to company strategy.
• Lead product discovery with government contractors to understand post-award challenges.
• Write high-quality product requirements covering GovCon workflows (CLIN/SLIN/ACRN).
• Maintain knowledge of FAR/DFARS and evolving regs to stay compliant.
• Launch AI-powered features like Transform Copilot and measure impact.
