TechnoMile is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Contracts to own the Contracts Suite roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce risk and administrative burden across the contract lifecycle. You will drive strategy and delivery for pre-award through closeout in a fast-growing AI-enabled GovCon product.

This role emphasizes deep GovCon domain expertise, AI-driven enhancements, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software company, GovCon or federal contracting is preferred.
• Ownership of multi-quarter product initiatives from concept through launch with cross-functional delivery.
• Experience as the primary product authority for a suite or domain area, influencing engineering and leadership priorities.
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating regulatory concepts into clear requirements.
• Experience with Agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Hands-on use of generative AI and automation tools to boost productivity.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the Contracts Suite roadmap to align with company strategy.
• Lead product discovery with government contractors to understand post-award compliance challenges.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks for contract lifecycle capabilities.
• Write product requirements covering GovCon workflows and coordinate with Engineering for delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of FAR/DFARS and evolving regulations to ensure compliance.
• Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Analyze product usage and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions.
• Launch new features, including AI-powered capabilities like Transform Copilot, and measure impact.
• Balance customer requests, technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
