Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license is a plus.
• 3+ years of government contract industry experience.
• Experience with Indirect Rates and Incurred Cost Submissions.
• Knowledge of DFARS business system requirements (estimating/CPSR).
• Strong analytical, technical, and advisory skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in FAR and CAS; strong written/interpersonal/presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel; U.S. citizenship is required.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day activities on business system readiness assessments and mock audits for Accounting, Estimating, CPSR, and Property Systems.
• Conduct indirect rate structure evaluations and propose alternative rate structures.
• Analyze client pricing strategies and advise on implications.
• Oversee incurred cost submissions and CAS disclosures.
• Provide guidance on DCAA disputes and responses.
• Evaluate and implement policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure FAR/CAS compliance and knowledge of ERP month-end/year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and review ratios/variances.
• Support client engagement management and manage time/budget expectations.
• Develop leadership and participate in business development activities including proposals and networking.
• Represent the firm in a positive, professional manner and participate in internal development programs.
