Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Federal government contracting, consulting, advisory, or related environment.
• Experience leading client-facing teams and managing multiple concurrent engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory and transformation engagements across government contracting to improve compliance and performance.
• Drive pursuit strategy, proposal development, pricing support, and account expansion.
• Mentor and develop managers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop future-state operating models, governance, and roadmaps.
• Oversee multiple engagements, manage risks, budgets, and client expectations.
• Communicate recommendations and decisions to executives clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
