Our government business is expanding across states and we seek a senior commercial leader who can turn agency priorities into funded work, build lasting client relationships and help make successful solutions repeatable across states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the public sector, ideally at the state level of government, enterprise technology sales, public-sector consulting or transformation.
• Complex seven-figure closes and tailored technology engagements.
• State-government experience and domain depth across agency priorities and procurement.
• Executive credibility with senior government leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and commercial judgment to convert challenges to actionable business cases.
• AI and technology fluency for discussions with executives and engineers.
• Execution and ownership to drive pipeline, proposals and multi-team coordination.
• Commitment to public service and trustworthy governance.

Responsibilities

• Create demand by opening doors and building pipeline with executive relationships and industry networks.
• Build trusted relationships with agency heads, CIOs, budget owners and program leaders.
• Discover and build the value case by quantifying benefits and identifying funding paths.
• Shape the engagement with product, engineering and deployment to define scope, pricing and success metrics.
• Lead the deal through close, coordinating legal, security and procurement inputs.
• Grow the account by maintaining engagement and expanding references and scope.
• Build a repeatable sales motion with accurate forecasts and plans.
