Job summary

Advanced Marketers, a fast-growing digital marketing agency and Google Premier Partner, is seeking a Senior Google Ads Manager to join our Orange County team. You will own campaigns, drive growth for multiple client accounts, and translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid advertising.
• Proven success managing lead generation campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns for service businesses (e.g., law firms, HVAC, roofing, plumbing).
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and optimization.
• Strong ability to analyze CPL, CPA, conversion rates, budgets and lead quality.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate across teams:Work closely with Growth, Sales, Creative, Web/CRO, and other departments.
• Improve processes:Develop best practices, streamline workflows, and stay ahead of Google Ads updates.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in paid advertising, with strong hands-on Google Ads expertise.
• Proven success managinglead generation campaignsand delivering measurable results.
• Experience running Google Ads campaigns forlaw firms, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, or similar service businesses.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to confidently analyze and communicate CPL, CPA, conversion rates, budgets, and lead quality.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and mentoring or leading paid media specialists.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to workon-site in Orange County, California.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience at adigital marketing or performance marketing agency.
• Experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking systems.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading performance calls.
