Job summary

Go Nimbly is a remote-first company helping fast-growing clients optimize revenue operations. As a Senior Revenue Operations Consultant (Gong), you will lead 8–12 Gong implementations concurrently, translating business needs into Gong configurations and outcomes.

You’ll advise on roadmaps for sales tech stacks (SFDC, Hubspot, Gong), manage client relationships, and drive adoption across Foundations, Forecast, and Engage while working with a distributed team committed to excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a consultant or in a revenue operations role.
• Experience with sales engagement tools and client-facing delivery.
• Comfort in a high-volume environment with 8–12 parallel workstreams.
• Technical SME in SFDC/Hubspot or Gong; strong product knowledge.
• Technical interest, SaaS familiarity, and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and maintain quality throughout engagements.
• SFDC/Hubspot certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent Gong implementations (8–12) with scope, timelines and quality in view.
• Guide clients by presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Own discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
• Configure and deliver Gong solutions across Foundations, Forecast and Engage.
• Document requirements and workstream plans; track progress regularly.
• Learn and apply sales technologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Contribute to Go Nimbly’s knowledge base and train others.
• Manage client relationships and run client-facing sessions with clarity.
