Job summary

Landscapes Golf Management is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to lead maintenance for Settler’s Hill and Hughes Creek courses in Kane County, IL. You will oversee turf management, irrigation systems, and facility upkeep, ensuring safe, high-quality playing surfaces.

The role requires a degree in turf management or related field and at least 3 years of superintendent experience with budgeting and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in turf management, agronomy, horticulture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Golf Course Superintendent with budget, planning and staff management.
• Strong communication and administrative skills; knowledge of safety and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance operations for two courses and grounds.
• Manage equipment, irrigation, budget and capital projects.
• Hire, train and lead maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and supervise purchasing.
