Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive new features from readiness through market launch. You’ll own go-to-market programs end-to-end, partnering with Engineering to plan and track delivery, and orchestrating cross-functional work across Product, Marketing, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.

This role sits with engineering leaders, assesses trade-offs and risk, and builds launch plans and visibility that keep leadership confident at every milestone.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management leading go-to-market launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred; PMP preferred.
• Technical fluency to discuss trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, Support, IT and Legal.
• Exceptional communication and ownership with a bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for feature and product launches — building the plan, sequencing workstreams, and tracking status.
• Plan and track the Engineering deliverables each launch depends on, grounding go-to-market commitments.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.
• Engage credibly with engineering teams on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs, flagging technical risk.
• Run a consistent cadence with cross-functional leaders to review readiness and align everything.
• Build and refine a repeatable go-to-market launch playbook, using AI tools to cut manual overhead in status synthesis and risk surfacing.
