Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Lexington, MA to drive new features from readiness through market launch. You will own end-to-end GTM programs, partnering with Engineering to plan and track delivery, and orchestrating cross-functional efforts across Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Support, IT and Legal to turn readiness into a successful launch.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Product Launch Management, owning go-to-market execution end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. PMP certification preferred.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly in trade-offs and risk discussions with engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex cross-functional dynamics into clear insights for technical teams and senior leadership.
• High ownership and bias to action with follow-through and delivery.
• Curiosity about AI tools to speed up go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for feature and product launches — build the plan, sequence workstreams, and track status.
• Plan and track Engineering deliverables to ground go-to-market commitments in progress.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.
• Engage with engineering on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs; flag risks early.
• Run a consistent cadence with cross-functional leaders to review readiness and align all functions.
• Develop and refine a repeatable go-to-market launch playbook, leveraging AI tools to reduce manual overhead.
