Mimecast North America, Inc. in Lexington, MA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end go-to-market programs from readiness through market launch, partnering with Engineering to plan delivery and coordinating across Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.

You’ll build launch plans, manage trade-offs, and create a repeatable playbook, leveraging AI tools to reduce manual overhead and accelerate time to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• MBA preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Technical fluency to discuss trade-offs, estimation, and risk with engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence without relying on authority.
• Exceptional communication to translate complex dynamics for technical teams and leadership.
• High ownership with bias to action and delivery.
• Curiosity about using AI tools to speed go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for feature and product launches, building the plan and tracking status.
• Plan and track engineering deliverables to ground go-to-market commitments in progress.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.
• Engage credibly with engineering on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs, flagging risks.
• Run a cadence with cross-functional leaders to review readiness and resolve issues.
• Build and refine a repeatable launch playbook, using AI to reduce manual overhead.
