Job summary

Mimecast in Lexington, MA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end go-to-market programs for key features and products. You will partner with Engineering to plan and track delivery, coordinating across Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Support, IT, and Legal to ensure a successful launch.

You will translate technical readiness into executable launch plans, manage risks, and maintain visibility for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end program or product launch management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA and PMP certification preferred.
• Technical fluency to discuss trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to translate complex program status into actionable insights.
• Interest in applying AI tools to accelerate go-to-market work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for feature launches, including plans and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and go-to-market commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Support, IT, and Legal.
• Engage with engineering on scope, sequencing, and risk.
• Maintain a regular cadence with leadership to review readiness and resolve issues.
• Develop and refine a repeatable GTM launch playbook, leveraging AI tools.
