Qualifications

• 6–10 years of backend/distributed systems experience in high-scale production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go and fast learning of new languages/frameworks.
• Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure or high-throughput API platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go.
• Architect distributed systems and own end-to-end delivery.
• Improve uptime and reduce latency across services.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DevEx teams.
• Debug production issues and drive engineering standards.
