Job summary

Quicknode is seeking a Senior Go Engineer to design, build, and scale high-performance blockchain RPC services used by developers and enterprises worldwide. This role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and exceptional execution across distributed systems.

You will own end-to-end delivery, architect distributed systems, and collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DevEx teams while driving uptime, latency improvements, and engineering standards in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of backend or distributed systems experience in high-scale production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go and ability to rapidly adopt new languages/frameworks.
• Deep experience designing and operating distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, reliable systems with measurable impact on performance and availability.
• Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms, including RPC services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go.
