Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years in backend development with at least 2 years in Go.
• Expert in Golang, distributed systems, APIs, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex features and projects.
• Ensure quality and performance of the backend codebase.
• Establish coding standards and best practices.
• Lead code reviews and promote a culture of quality.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
