Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical, mechanical maintenance or related field; or high school diploma/general education with 2 years relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or mechanical repair setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related) within office, R&D, and GMP manufacturing locations.
• Enter, prioritize and complete work orders in the CMMS system and review completed work orders.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and respond to power outages or alarms.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA and USDA.
• Provide technical support for automated infrastructure equipment and support production lines.
