Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the GMP manufacturing facility's engineering and operations. You will drive reliability, safety, sustainability, and asset value while guiding a multidisciplinary team across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BAS systems.

You will partner with ownership, property management, tenants, and service providers to deliver best-in-class performance, manage operating and capital budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of GMP Manufacturing engineering experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Technician Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all engineering, maintenance, and building systems operations.
• Develop strategic operational plans to support ownership objectives, tenant experience, reliability, and asset preservation.
• Lead engineering personnel, contractors, and safety programs to ensure performance.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for critical systems.
• Present engineering initiatives and capital recommendations to senior management.
