Hims & Hers Health, Inc. in New Albany, Ohio seeks an experienced Principal Facilities Engineer to oversee critical facility and utility systems in a cGMP environment.

You will serve as the on-site engineering authority during the Wed-Sun shift, coordinating with Maintenance and Quality to ensure compliance, reliability, and timely project delivery. The role requires hands-on expertise across HVAC, electrical, water systems, EMS/BMS, and building automation, with strong GMP qualification

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; hands-on experience acceptable.
• 8-10 years of facilities engineering experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience with cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 210/211 and validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Read and interpret P&IDs and design drawings; coordinate with maintenance teams.

Aufgaben

• Be the on-site engineering lead for facility systems Wed-Sun shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM).
• Lead or support IQ/OQ/PQ activities for critical equipment and utilities.
• Provide oversight during installation, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
• Maintain qualification and compliance across cGMP, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and local codes.
• Coordinate PM programs and vendor interactions to ensure reliability.
