Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Senior Program/Project Coordinator for the Office of Graduate Medical Education to support the Associate Dean and GME Executive Director. You will lead projects, coordinate communications, and manage events across the GME enterprise, impacting 1550 residents and fellows and 205 programs.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor''s degree or five years of applicable experience from an accredited institution.
• Progressively responsible and directly related work experience, 5 years preferred.
• Strong skills in project scheduling utilizing a project management tool such as MS Project, Primavera, etc., 5 years preferred.
• Experience with medium- to large projects, 3 years required.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, 3 years required.
• Expert skill-level in using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), 7 years required.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications for GME (e.g. newsletters, updates).
• Develop GME website.
• Coordinate GME Team Development.
• Lead GME-wide event planning (e.g., GME Educational Leaders Retreat, GME Welcome Event).
• Provide administrative support for Associate Dean of GME/Designated Institutional Official and GME Executive Director.
• Independently manage smaller scale projects.
• Provide direction to project team members, determine and plan day-to-day project activities.
• Ensure project team members have the tools, processes and standard work necessary to complete activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, triage issues, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Update project status, schedules, IMP, timeline, issues/risks in management tools.
