Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a GME Administration & Ops Manager to lead complex operational projects, dashboards, and reporting for the Department of Graduate Medical Education. You will partner with GME leadership and institutional stakeholders to optimize processes, monitor compliance, and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience, with expertise in Power BI or Tableau and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Five years of progressively responsible, related work experience.
Experience building operational dashboards and reports.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Ability to coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all departmental projects and ensure resources are used effectively.
Implement and optimize GME-related systems, databases, and reporting tools.
Develop and maintain GME dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or enterprise tools.
Monitor KPIs, program operations, compliance metrics, and financial trends.
Collaborate with GME leadership to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Prepare business cases, dashboards, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Lead GME technology and digital transformation projects with senior leaders.
Manage moonlighting approval process in line with policies and work-hour regulations.
Support risk management projects and residency onboarding.
