Stanford Health Care is seeking an GME Administration & Ops Manager to lead operational projects, dashboards, and reporting for the Department of Graduate Medical Education. The role partners with leaders and stakeholders to optimize processes and assure compliance.

You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, analyze operational data, and support digital transformation initiatives with senior leadership. Strong Excel and Office skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Ability to build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates all departmental projects and ensures resources are utilized appropriately.
• Coordinates implementation and optimization of GME-related systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Develops and maintains GME operational dashboards using BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
• Uses dashboards and analytics to monitor KPIs, program operations, compliance, and financial trends.
• Partners with GME leadership to identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepares business cases, presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Leads GME technology and digital transformation projects with senior leadership.
• Manages moonlighting approval process per policies and guidelines.
• Works with General Counsel on affiliation agreements and contracts.
• Manages Resident HealthStream assignments, training tracking, and reporting deadlines.
• Supports Risk Management projects and other duties.
• Oversees visiting resident onboarding.
