Qualifications

• Two year college degree and one year of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with graduate medical education, academic appointments, residency-management systems, and ACGME requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and process residency applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate patient/fellow/trainee schedules and onboarding steps with program leadership.
• Maintain confidential resident/fellow files and monitor attendance for required activities.
• Track work hours and rotations; update and distribute schedules in electronic systems.
• Communicate updates and announcements to residents, fellows, and faculty.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director, including meeting logistics and minutes.
• Assist with departmental events and recruitment activities.
• Process reimbursements and manage office supplies.
