Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior General Manager for a new sports-anchored mixed-use development in Orange County, CA. You will oversee property management, budgets, and client relationships from ground-up to grand opening, ensuring financial targets and tenant satisfaction.

This role requires ten years in CRE with ground-up development experience, managing Class A properties, and leading a team of 3+ staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Ground-up development experience.
• Class A properties experience.
• 4–5 years leading a team of 3+ people.
• Strong financial and accounting skills with budgeting & reporting.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets with financial reporting.
• Implement business plans to maximize tenant satisfaction and profitability.
• Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders through all project phases.
• Lead a high-performing team across multiple asset types (office, retail, hotel, parking).
• Deliver strategic guidance and oversee operations, tenant experience, and client relationships.
• Oversee vendor bidding and policy development for rent collections.
