Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a General Manager to oversee property operations, financial performance, and client satisfaction for on-site Arlington properties. The GM will drive strategic plans, manage budgets and lead a property team to deliver results aligned with JLL standards.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in commercial real estate, a valid real estate license or ability to obtain, and strong financial and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships in CRE.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and analysis skills.
• Experience with strategic planning and business development in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute business development strategies to grow revenue.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital plans with timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Oversee tenant relations and satisfaction programs.
• Bid third-party services and ensure alignment with JLL standards.
• Support team development and career progression.
• Perform additional tasks to comply with Property Management Agreements and local ordinances.
