e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to drive global marketing for the flagship e.l.f. Cosmetics brand.

You will own the brand plan, lead cross-functional teams, and steer 360° campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels. You will translate consumer insights into strategy, manage GTM for new launches, and partner with Sales, Retail Marketing, and ecommerce to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive brand management in beauty/CPG/fashion.
• Experience leading cross-channel 360° campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Own global brand strategy and annual plan for e.l.f. Cosmetics.
• Drive growth, monitor sell-through, market share, velocity and margins.
• Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, ecommerce, and retail.
