Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising to bring the brand to life across retail environments.

You will lead end-to-end display development, collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Creative, Field, and Vendor partners, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires 4+ years in visual merchandising or related roles, with beauty industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising or related roles.
• Experience in beauty industry or specialty retail preferred.
• Experience supporting planogramming and in-store visual execution.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of retail displays, fixtures, merchandising collateral, and in-store materials from concept through activation.
• Build and maintain project timelines and launch schedules for on-time execution.
• Own vendor status updates and streamline cross-functional communication.
• Brief creative requests with clear scope and timelines.
• Coordinate planogram development and updates with Retail Sales.
• Partner with vendors on renderings, layouts, prototypes, and production.
