Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to join the finance team. You will support daily treasury activities, process vendor payments, and help maintain accurate cash-flow records across global accounts.

You will assist the Treasury team and CFO with global cash management, monitor banking transactions, and participate in monthly and year-end closings while upholding strict confidentiality and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Mast degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury work.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, and Workday is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Assist the Treasury team & CFO with daily global cash management and global financial activities.
• Monitor global bank accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other cash transactions.
• Prepare and maintain cash-flow reports and financial schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of banking and treasury transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Organize financial documents and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information.
• Participate in the formulation of company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
• Perform other accounting and treasury duties as assigned
