Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist to support daily treasury, accounting, cash management, and banking activities.

You will process weekly vendor payments, maintain records, monitor cash flows, and assist with monthly and year-end closings. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in treasury, strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with SAP, Concur, or Workday.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of treasury experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist Treasury team and CFO with daily cash management and global financial activities.
• Monitor global bank accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other cash transactions.
• Prepare and maintain cash-flow reports and financial schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and audits.
