Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA, seeks a highly analytical Director, Financial Reporting & FP&A to oversee global consolidation, reporting under US GAAP/IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

You will work with executive leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights, manage the close process across entities, and drive corrective actions with BU leaders. The ideal candidate has CPA, 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

Must have CPA with a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
8+ years in corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, audit, or finance leadership roles.
Proven experience leading global financial consolidations and preparing consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities

Oversee global financial consolidation and prepared consolidated financial statements.
Lead budgeting and forecast process for US HQ and entities.
Analyze gross margin, operating expenses, and variances across business units.
Provide actionable insights to CFO/CEO and BU Leaders.
Partner with Tax for profitability analysis and intercompany transactions.
