Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Client Executive to manage a portfolio of Global Clients with a treasury focus, protecting relationships and preventing revenue attrition. You will coordinate with Onboarding, Service and Product teams to ensure SLAs are met and risks are escalated when needed.

Responsibilities include regular client reviews, revenue ramp-up strategies, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a superior client experience globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree required.
• Excellent communication and client-focused abilities.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Align with global and regional partners to deliver best client experience.
• Conduct regular client reviews and develop action plans to confirm commitment and optimize revenue ramp up for deals closed.
• Support and manage client escalations.
• Provide guidance to partners across TTS and remove obstacles that impact client experience.
• Lead governance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and AML/KYC as needed.
