EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead complex engagements within EY's Global Treasury Advisory Services. You will manage projects, coach staff, and coordinate with clients across multiple markets to deliver strategic treasury solutions.

You will drive business development, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality delivery while leveraging advanced analytics and treasury analytics tools. A flexible, performance-driven environment is offered in a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM is encouraged.
• Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a global context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member with project and resource planning, budget management, and client relationship management.
• Lead proposal development and participate in pursuit teams for prospective treasury engagements; support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus and productive relationships with client personnel; supervise staff and mentor junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk, understand industry trends, and expand service delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to provide integrated solutions; leverage data analytics and technology to deliver insights.
• Drive expansion of client solutions in data/analysis, applying treasury and corporate finance knowledge to grow market share and delivery excellence.
