Job summary

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services seeks a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, manage teams, and shape innovative treasury solutions for diverse clients. You will collaborate across service lines, mentor staff, and drive growth in risk management, cash forecasting, and liquidity strategy.

Ideal candidates possess 5–8 years in corporate treasury or consulting, professional designations (CTP/CFA/CPA/FRM), and the ability to travel internationally while managing complex client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, or FRM.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking within a global corporate treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills and experience with treasury organizational structure and transformation, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics, liquidity management, cash and bank relationship management, international treasury centers, debt and investment management, due diligence, governance and controls, carve outs, and hedge accounting.
• The confidence to train and mentor junior colleagues, providing the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to excel.
• Excellent sales and influencing skills, and the ability to present credibly to senior clients and colleagues.
• Valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member including project and resource planning, budget management, execution of work plans and client relationship management.
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit team for prospective treasury engagements; support business development and practice development.
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy addressing risk and managing client expectations for deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines for integrated service delivery.
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analytics, leveraging emerging technology to deliver key insights.
