Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, oversee delivery teams, and drive growth across treasury risk management, cash forecasting, and corporate finance. You will mentor staff and manage client relationships while delivering tailored treasury solutions within EY's global network.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of treasury experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• 5–8 years of relevant treasury experience or consulting background.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a global perspective.
• Excellent client-facing and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project and resource planning, budget management and client-relationship management.
• Oversee proposal development, pursuit activities, and business-development initiatives.
• Coach and mentor staff; maintain strong client-focused relationships and ensure timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk, industry trends and value delivery; expand cross-service line collaboration.
