Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of treasury experience and professional designations such as CTP/CFA/CPA/FRM. Travel and international collaboration are expected as part of this strategic role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Achieved, or working towards professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking in a global treasury or consulting context.
• Advanced skills in treasury organizational structure, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member with project and resource planning.
• Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain a strong client focus and develop productive client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and client expectations; manage deliverables.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to provide integrated delivery.
• Support development of expanded client solutions using data analytics and emerging tech.
