Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Achieved, or working towards a professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking in a global treasury/consulting context.
• Advanced skills in treasury structure, risk management, cash forecasting and analytics.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues and maintain client relationships.
• Strong sales, influencing skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member with project planning and client relationship management.
• Guide proposal development, pursue treasury engagements, and support business development.
• Maintain strong client focus and develop productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and manage client expectations regarding deliverables.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
