Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements across a broad range of treasury and corporate finance challenges, delivering insightful solutions for public, private, financial services, and government clients. You’ll manage delivery teams, coach staff, and build strong client relationships while guiding complex projects to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM (achieved or in progress).
• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking in global treasury or consulting.
• Advanced skills in treasury organization, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues; strong client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project and resource planning, budget management, and client relationship management.
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit team for prospective treasury engagements, support and lead business development and practice development initiatives
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables, understanding the client’s industry, key performance drivers, business trends and industry developments
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analysis, leveraging emerging technology and advanced analytics to deliver key insights to clients
