Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, manage delivery teams, and grow our Treasury Advisory Services practice. You’ll apply treasury process experience to deliver insights across risk management, cash forecasting, and analytics for clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience, with professional designations like CTP, CFA, CPA, or FRM, and willingness to travel internationally. Mentoring staff and collaborating with partners are also expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
• Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM
• A proven record of problem solving and analytical thinking within a global corporate treasury or consulting business
• Advanced skills and experience with: Treasury organizational structure and transformation, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics, liquidity management, cash and bank relationship management, international treasury centers, debt and investment management, due diligence, governance and controls, carve outs, and hedge accounting
• The confidence to train and mentor junior colleagues, providing the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to excel
• Excellent sales and influencing skills, and the ability to present credibly to senior clients and colleagues
• Valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member to include project and resource planning, budget management, execution of work plans and client relationship management
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit team for prospective treasury engagements, support and lead business development and practice development initiatives
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analysis, leveraging emerging technology and advanced analytics to deliver key insights to clients
